Terms and Policy for Publication

Welcome to VT International Press. These terms and policies outline the guidelines, rights, and responsibilities of authors and the publishing company regarding book submissions, publishing, and distribution. By submitting your manuscript for publication, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Manuscript Submission Guidelines
   Authors must submit original, unpublished work. Any previously published content must have the necessary permissions and citations.
   Manuscripts should be submitted in the required format as specified by VT International Press (e.g., Word document, PDF).
   The publishing house reserves the right to accept or reject any manuscript based on its content, quality, and alignment with our publishing standards.
2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
   The author retains the copyright to their work unless otherwise agreed upon in a contractual agreement.
   VT International Press is granted a non-exclusive or exclusive publishing right (as per the contract) to distribute, market, and sell the book in various formats.
   Any plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of third-party content in the manuscript is the sole responsibility of the author.
3. Editing and Formatting
   The publishing house may suggest or require editorial changes to improve clarity, grammar, and readability.
   The final manuscript must be approved by the author before publication.
4. Publication and Distribution
   VT International Press publishes books in print, digital, and/or audiobook formats, depending on the author’s selected package.
   The book will be made available through online platforms, bookstores, and other distribution channels as per the publishing agreement.
   Authors may choose self-publishing, traditional publishing, or hybrid publishing models based on their needs.
5. Royalties and Pricing
   Royalty payments will be determined as per the agreed contract and are paid periodically based on book sales.
   The pricing of books is decided by VT International Press based on market trends, distribution costs, and author preferences.
6. Marketing and Promotion
   Authors may opt for marketing and promotional services provided by VT International Press at additional costs.
   The publishing house reserves the right to promote books through social media, websites, and other platforms.
7. Author Responsibilities
   Authors must ensure the accuracy of their work, including citations, facts, and references.
   Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for any third-party content (e.g., images, quotes).
8. Termination and Withdrawal
   If an author wishes to withdraw their manuscript after signing a contract, a written request must be submitted. Withdrawal fees may apply.
   VT International Press reserves the right to terminate an agreement if the author violates the contract terms.
9. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution
   All publications must comply with local and international laws regarding defamation, copyright, and intellectual property.
   Any disputes arising will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as per the governing laws stated in the contract.
10. Changes to Terms and Policies
    VT International Press reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Authors will be notified of any significant changes.
